Welcome to Knee Medicine and Science, blog devoted to objectively describe and analyze recent scientific literature from the sports medicine and exercise science field focused solely on the knee joint.
I have just started this process, so please be patient. My plan is to publish one post a week, but will try to increase that amount with time. I hope to provide you some important information and knowledge which could be useful in everday work with patients.Occassionally, I will post some videos concerning relevant topics. I do encourage you to comment, discuss, question as well as feedback how could I improve the blog.

Personally, I am a physio, most frequently dealing with orthopaedic patients and athletes. My main professional interests include knee joint anatomy and biomechanics, knee joint injuries (ACL, meniscus, cartilage), sports injuries diagnosis and treatment as well as sports injuries risk factors. Given that, I admit that most of the posts published will cover that areas. Hope you will enjoy it.
Regards,
